My condolences to Twila and family. I can hardly believe my childhood friend (and cousin) is gone. We were friendly competitors throughout high school! She was a bright student and made my life much more interesting.
I wish I could be there for the memorial service.

As a student nurse (1958-1961) , I remember Alta as an exceptional role model for the students. Her patience, teaching and leadership was recognized by the students and I have never forgotten her. Please accept my heartfelt condolences, Rest in peace Alta and thank you for your many years in nursing.
