My heart is breaking for her family and friends. Dottie was one of the kindest, nicest persons anyone could know. She will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her. We at Pheasant Valley offer our most sincere condolences to her entire family we will always remember her fun spirit and laugh when she came in with her Mom and Dad. She made lasting memories for us all.
