Billy Joe “Tink” Erb, 61, of Lewistown was born on June 18, 1953 and died Thursday, April 23, 2015 at his home.
He is survived by: his father, Archie E. Erb and wife, Jean; sisters, Toni Peachey and husband, John, of Reedsville and Heidi Traxler and husband, Greg, of Lewistown.
He is also survived by: his daughter, Carrie Roe and Jeffrey Plank, of Lewistown; his son, Glenn Erb and Connie Moore, of Yeagertown; his grandchildren, Dakotah Roe and Wyatt Erb; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother; Barbara M. Erb who died in 1972; maternal grandparents, Isabelle and Albert Vawn; and paternal grandparent, Agnes Erb.
Tink graduated from Penn Highlands High School in 1971 and then he attended drafting school in Harrisburg.
His funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Monday, April 27 at Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Homes, Inc., 108 First Ave. Burnham with Rev. Randy Traxler officiating.
The family will receive friends 3 – 4:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Interment will take place in Lauvers Cemetery.
