Harry E. Marker, 77, of Lewistown, passed away Monday, January 25, 2021, at his home.
Born on February 18, 1943, in Lewistown, he was a son of the late John and Helen (Sprout) Marker.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, John L. Marker and his stepdaughter, Melinda Lynch.
He is survived by; wife, Leona E. (Crisswell) Marker; children, Stephanie Turri and husband, Jason, of Harrisburg, Melissa Marker, of Lewistown; stepdaughters, Tammy Casalegno and husband, Jeff, of CA, Holly Dean, of Burnham, and Buffy Spade, of Lewistown; grandchildren, Amelia and Samantha
Turri, Joshua and Alyssa Benavento; step-grandchildren, Donnie and Jared Lynch, Shania and Jordan Spade; and six step-great-grandchildren; siblings, Helen Chilcote and husband, Don, of Lewistown, Mary Fleming and husband, Ralph, of Burnham, Marion Soccio and husband, Ron, of Lewistown.
Earlier in life, he attended Maitland Church of the Brethren, he also attended Paintersville CMA.
Harry was a 1963 Lewistown High School graduate.
He was a United States National Guard for 6 years.
Harry was a pitman at Standard Steel, where he retired after 34 years of service.
He enjoyed riding motorcycles, going camping, some woodworking, and working on cars, and tinkering in his garage.
A receiving of friends will be held at 1 PM, on Saturday, February 20, 2021, at Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Homes, Woodlawn, 200 N. Main St., Lewistown, with a memorial service to follow with Pastor Randy Traxler officiating.
The family requests everyone attending to follow the social guidance guidelines and to wear masks.
