Doris J. Napikoski

Doris J. Napikoski, 84, of Lewistown, passed away Thursday, November 11, 2021, at Ohesson Manor.

Born October 15, 1937, in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late Calvin and Mabel (Hughes) Eby.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Napikoski, Sr.

She is survived by children, William Napikoski, Jr., and wife Kimbra, of Lewistown, Kimbra Coffey and husband, Wayde, of Lewistown, Janette Ouedraogo and husband, Windepuy, of Lewistown; seven grandchildren, Jared Napikoski and wife, Courtney, Seth Napikoski and wife, Danielle, Lisa Coffey, Matthew Coffey and wife, Jennifer, Ezekiel Coffey, Autumn Hoy and husband, Steven, Clay Ruble, Sr. and wife, Brittany; 23 great-grandchildren and one on the way; five great-great-grandchildren and one on the way; three sisters, Anna Walker, Jennie Pittman, and Betty Ferencz.

Doris was a graduate of Lewistown High School.

She was a member of Evangel Baptist Church in Lewistown.

Doris enjoyed helping with Kid Camp at Friendship Baptist Church, and the clothing closet at Evangel Baptist Church. She liked to sew, cook, and bake cakes. She loved being with her family and made all the cakes at the family gatherings. Doris adored her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

A viewing will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., on Monday, November 15, 2021, at Hoenstine Funeral Home, 75 Logan St., Lewistown.

A second viewing will be held from noon to 1 p.m., on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at the funeral home with a funeral service at 1 p.m., with Pastor Ed Kauffman officiating.

Interment will take place in Juniata Memorial Park.
