Theresa I. Leister

Theresa I. Leister, 53, of McClure, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2018.

Born Nov. 6, 1965, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence Martinelli and Catherine (Blessing) Martinelli, who survives.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by: a nephew, Thomas Kelley.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by: her husband, Todd A. Leister, whom she married on May 24, 1986; siblings, Angela Kelley and husband, Terry, of Mifflin, Tony Martinelli and wife, Amy, of Muncy, Christine Martinelli, of Lewistown, Nicholas Martinelli and fiance, Sabrina, of Florida; and nieces and nephews, Joe Kelley, Abbey Felix, Kourtlin Simonetti, Marly Martinelli and Nicholas Martinelli.

Theresa was a Chief Logan High School graduate, Class of 1984.

She was employed by the Mifflin County School District as a cafeteria worker, where she later retired.

Theresa was very family oriented. She appreciated her family and enjoyed the relationships she had with her nieces and nephews, as they were her pride and joy. She had an infectious smile and a kind and compassionate spirit. She will be dearly missed by her family.

Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.

A private interment will take place at Mt. Rock Cemetery.
