Scott A. Foltz, 62, of Lewistown, passed away at 7:40 a.m. on Tuesday, July 17, 2018, at Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital.
Born Dec. 30, 1955, in Lewistown, he was a son of the late Bernard and Esther (Geedey) Foltz.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother, Stephen Foltz.
Scott is survived by: his wife, Sue (Spickler) Foltz, with whom he shared 44 years of marriage; children, Randy Foltz and wife, Kristin, of Steelton, Michael Foltz and wife, Amanda, of Lewistown, Matthew Foltz and wife, Stephanie, of Hawstone, Jonathan Foltz and wife, Laticia, of Florida; eight grandchildren, Blake, Brianna, Zoey, Carly, Wyatt, Lucas, Alexandria and Mattie Raye; siblings, Lisea Spahr and husband, Michael, of Lewistown, Leah Brentz and husband, Renny, of Shermans Dale, Lynn Doyle and husband, Charlie, of Lumber City, and Jeff Foltz and wife, Tammy, of Lewistown.
He attended Lewistown High School. Scott was employed by Snedeker Energy for 27 years. His dedication and hard work can be measured by the many friendships he built from the people he worked with and the many customers that meant so much to him. Scott enjoyed attending races at Port Royal Speedway and was an avid Penn State football fan. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Words can not detail how much he will be missed.
A celebration of life will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 26, 2018, at his home, 524 Pitt St., Lewistown.
Arrangements are under the care of Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Home, 200 N. Main St., (Woodlawn), Lewistown.
