Linda K. Corbin

Linda K. Corbin, 77, of Lewistown, passed away after a long battle with cancer on Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2018.

Born June 17, 1941, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late George D. Goss and Anna Margaret (Cherry).

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a stepmother, Ruth Aurand.

Linda is survived by: husband, Richard M. “Dick” Corbin, whom she married Nov. 4, 1966; stepmother, Irene Goss; children, Georgia Musser and husband, Rich, of Lewistown, and Gregory Corbin, of Lewistown; three grandchildren, Hunter Corbin, Anna Musser and Anthony Musser; a brother, David Goss and wife, Linda, of Lewistown; and stepbrother, Harry Aurand and wife, Donna, of Reedsville.

She attended Vira Methodist Church for many years. She was a greeter and was very active in the church.

She worked at Fisher Electronics and then later retired from KB Aerotech.

She liked to deal with antiques and liked making homemade cards and crafts. Linda had a smile for everyone and a personality that would knock your socks off. The family thanks all her caregivers and hospice. She will be dearly missed by friends and family.

Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family.

Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Homes (Burnham) is in charge of the arrangements.
