Joe Dan Marlowe, 84, of Mifflintown, passed away Saturday, October 13, 2018, at Ohesson Manor, Lewistown.
Born Feb. 18, 1934, in Thomasville, N.C., he was the son of the late James F. and Julia B. (Crotts) Marlowe.
Joe is survived by: his wife, Jane L. (Norris) Marlowe; sons, Timothy Marlowe and wife, June, and Joseph Stephen Marlowe and wife, Mary; step-children, Michael Bumgardner and wife, Louann, Larry Knepper and wife, Lisa, Mark Knepper, Terry Knepper, Christine Bressler and husband, David, and Dennis Knepper and wife, Tracy; and a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
Joe graduated from Thomasville High School.
He served in the Air Force from 1953 to 1957 as a radar repairman with the 654th Aircraft Control & Warning Squadron, U.S. Naval Air Station, Brunswick, Maine.
He was Presbyterian by faith.
He retired from KB Aerotech in Lewistown, where he was the Service Manager of the Ultrasound Department.
Private services will be held at the convenience of family.
