Diane M. (Dougherty) Mohr

Diane M. Mohr, 68, of Lewistown, passed away at 5:57 a.m., Friday, April 5, 2019, at Hershey Medical Center.

Born Dec. 24, 1950, in Cherry Hill, N.J., she was a daughter of the late William Sr. and Frances (Lutz) Dougherty.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Sherry Wilt, and three brothers.

Diane is survived by: her husband of 40 years, William S. Mohr; daughter, Carol-Ann Knouse and husband, Scott, of Lewistown; a stepson, Michael Mohr and wife, Nikki, of Lewistown, eight grandchildren; and siblings, William Dougherty Jr. and wife, Sue, of Burnham, and Patricia Goss and husband, Donald, of Lewistown.

She graduated from Lewistown High School and was a member of First Baptist Church in Lewistown.

Diane was an avid reader and enjoyed sewing, playing Bingo, church activities and spending time with her family and grandchildren.  She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, and no amount of time will ease the pain of our loss.

A viewing will be held from 10 to 11 a.m., Tuesday, April 9, 2019, at Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Homes, Woodlawn, 200 N. Main St., Lewistown.   A funeral service will follow at 11 a.m., with Reverend Paul Carter officiating.

Interment will take place at Mount Rock Cemetery, Lewistown.
