C. Wayne Robbins

C. Wayne Robbins, 81, of Lewistown, passed away Saturday, November 9, 2019, at William Penn Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.

Born June 6, 1938, in Burlington, New Jersey, he was the son of the late Cheston B. and Edith S. (Stiefel) Robbins.  He was also preceded in death by his recently departed wife, Patricia 'Pat' L. (Schafer) Robbins.

Wayne is survived by: his son, Wayne J. Robbins, of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; daughters, Celina Robbins, of New Jersey, and Laura Mulrenan, of North Hollywood, Calif.; and granddaughter, Anabelle.

Wayne was a high school graduate and earned his bachelor's degree through Trenton State University.  He was also an Army veteran.

Wayne was an active member of Rhodes Memorial United Methodist Church, Lewistown.

He was employed as an ultrasound technician for RCA, then Johnson & Johnson, and locally, for Echo Ultrasound in Granville Township and in Milroy, from which he retired.  After retiring, Wayne later became a realtor for Gold Key Real Estate in Lewistown.

Cars, casinos and condos were Wayne's passions, but it was his personal relationships he formed with the people of his community in and around Lewistown, Pennsylvania, that drove his heart.  He will miss all of you.

God bless the soul of C. Wayne Robbins, and may he rest in ever loving peace with his wife, Pat, and his cherished parents.

Services are private and will be held at the convenience of his family.
