Sandra J. Wolfley, 71, of Lewistown, was called home to be with our Lord at 2:05 p.m. Thursday, May 14, 2015, at William Penn Nursing Home.
She was born July 20, 1943, in Lewistown, to the late Homer J. and Dorothy P. (Niman) May.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by: her husband Fred E. "Jake" Wolfley; son Franklin Wolfley; and siblings Kenneth May and Shirley May.
Sandra is survived by: daughters Diana Wolfley, of Yeagertown, and Angie Wolfley and companion, Gary Landis, of Lewistown; Jeffrey Wagner, of Yeagertown; grandchildren Kristen Knepp, and Shannon Wolfley; great-grandchildren Ethan Wolfley, Andrew Knepp and Bradon Wolfley; and sisters Janet Kephart and husband, Henry, of Lewistown, Judy Wentz and husband, Ronald, of Maryland.
She had worked for many years at G.C. Murphy's and later at Burger King.
Sandra loved her family and was a devoted Christian.
Her funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, May 19, 2015, at Hoenstine Funeral Home, 75 Logan St., Lewistown PA, 17044 with Pastor Randy Traxler officiating.
A viewing will be held one hour prior to the funeral service and committal will be at Lind Memorial Cemetery.
