Polly Ann Rheam, 80, of Lewistown, passed away Sunday, Feb. 11, 2018, at Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital.
Born Sept. 9, 1937, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late Charles Farleman and Bertha (Lockett) Farleman.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: her husband, Clifford Rheam; and sisters, Sara Goodwin and Patsy Hagemeyer.
She is survived by: children, Susan Furgison and husband, David, of Lewistown, Penny Goss and husband, John, of Milroy, Charlie Rheam and wife, Tammy, of Miffintown, Patty Kelley and husband, Brian, of Burnham; grandchildren, Becky Weikel and husband, Nick, Jennifer Furgison, Matthew Furgison, Sara Goss, Will Goss, Madison Rheam, Chad Cleck and wife, Kayla, Trevor Kelley and Jared Kelley; his great-grandchildren, Jeremiah, Jacob, Katie, and Leah Robb, Lily Furgison, Alexandra Cleck; siblings, William Farleman and wife, Nancy, of Lewistown, and James Farleman, of Lewistown.
Polly Ann was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking for her family. She was especially known for her macaroni salad.
A viewing will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 15, 2018, at Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Homes Inc., 108 First Ave., Burnham.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, Feb. 16, 2018, at the funeral home with Rev. Kenneth Longfield officiating.
Interment will take place in Church Hill Cemetery.
