Marjorie S. Maunder, 95, of Lewistown died at 9:00pm Friday, April 17, 2015
at Ohesson Manor, Lewistown.
Born December 5, 1919 in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late
Foster Snook Snyder and Jeanette (Bingaman) Snyder.
She is survived by: her daughter, Christine L. Maunder, of Altamont Springs, Florida;
Her son, Dale E. Maunder and wife, Joyce, of York; nephew whom she helped
raise, Ronald Maunder and wife, Silvia, of Dunkirk, MD; nine grandchildren; seven
great-grandchildren; and other surviving nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother, Robert A.
Snyder, in 1999.
Marjorie was 1937 graduate of Lewistown High School. She was a laboratory
analyst at American Viscose and Avtex Fibers for 35yrs., retiring in 1984.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Lewistown and ACTWU
Retirees.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
