Maddox R. Herrington, 6 months, of Lewistown, died at his home on Wednesday, February 3, 2016.
Born in Lewistown on July 20, 2015, he was a son of Brandon and Alexis (Taylor) Herrington, who survive.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by: his maternal grandparents, Kathleen Taylor, of Lancaster, and Norman Levy and wife Nancy, of Harrisburg; paternal grandparents, Robert Herrington and Jennifer Shirey and her companion, Russell Blessing, all of Lewistown; his aunts, Kelly Ninos, Lori Hetrick, Paula Durazo and Tiffani Snook; and his brothers and sister, Xavier and Elijah Kahley, and Gavin, Liam, Ryker, and his twin sister, Mariska Herrington, who all loved him very much.
Maddox was always a happy baby and brought joy to everyone around him.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, Feb. 12, 2:00 p.m., at Heller-Hoenstine Woodlawn Funeral Home, 200 N. Main St., Lewistown, with Rev. John Walters officiating.
The family will receive friends from 1 – 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Interment will take place in Lind Memorial Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family, in care of Alexis Herrington, 180 Pannebaker Ave., Lewistown, PA 17044.
