Lester C. Bobb Jr., 88, of Lewistown, died at 1:15 a.m. Tuesday, March 31, 2015, at Ohesson Manor.
Born April 19, 1926, in Milroy, he was a son of the late Sara (Krickbaum) and Lester C. Bobb Sr.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Delores G. (Woomer) Bobb, on December 25, 2000, and one sister, Jane Crandall in 2003.
Surviving are a number of nieces, nephews, and sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws.
Lester served in the U.S. Navy.
Earlier in life, he had worked at various bakery businesses, lastly at Dunkin’ Donuts.
He attended Jehovah’s Witnesses in Lewistown.
Lester enjoyed fishing, camping, traveling in his younger years and his dog, Maggie.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 22, in Juniata Memorial Park.
Arrangements are under the care of Hoenstine Funeral Home, 75 Logan St., Lewistown.
