Foster C. Shores, 74, of Lewistown died at 4:38 p.m. Monday, March 30, 2015 at Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital.
Born on August 4, 1940 in Lewistown he was a son of the late Foster G. and Marjorie M. (Stoner) Shores.
In addition to his parents Foster was preceded in death by one brother, Clyde Shores and two sisters, Audrey F. Shores and JoAnn Bragg.
Foster is survived by: Wanda R. Shores, of Lewistown, whom he married on March 25, 1967; his daughter, Tosha R. Shores and husband, Keith Goss, of McClure; grandson, Joshua Goss; and a brother, William G. Shores, of Lewistown.
Foster was a 1958 graduate of Lewistown High School.
He had worked at Krentzman and Sons for over 50 years.
He was a member of Seventh Day Adventist Church and was an ordained deacon.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 3 at Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Homes, Inc., Woodlawn, 200 N. Main St., Lewistown with Rev. Bob Snyder officiating.
A viewing will be held from 12:30 – 2:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Interment will take place in Mt. Rock Cemetery.
