Denise A. Fultz, 57, of Lewistown died on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at her home in Ferguson Valley.
Born May 1, 1959 in Lewistown she was a daughter of the late Helen (Minnick) and James Walker.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Fultz, whom she married June 11, 1988, and died on April 1, 2015.
She is survived by sons, Drew Fultz, of Yeagertown and Wade Fultz, of Lewistown.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 27 at Dormantown Lutheran Cemetery, 821 Dormantown Road, McClure with Rev. Carla Volland officiating.
Arrangements are under the care of Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Homes, Inc., 108 First Ave., Burnham.
