Dawn E. Mierley, 65, of Lewistown, passed away at 4:15 a.m., Thursday, August 31, 2017, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.
Born April 27, 1952, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late Donald R. and Jean D. (Forgy) Mierley.
She is survived by: her sister, Kim Mierley, and a nephew, Tony Mierley, both of Lewistown.
Dawn graduated from Lewistown-Granville High School, Class of 1970.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Lewistown.
Earlier in life, she was employed at Scotty’s Fashions.
Dawn was also a member of the Lewistown Moose Family Center, loved her dogs, and enjoyed spending time with her family.
A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family, with Rev. Karen McCachren officiating.
Interment will take place in Lind Memorial Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the care of Hoenstine Funeral Home, Inc., 75 Logan St., Lewistown.
