Anthony “Tony” Wayne Decker, 50, of Lewistown died at 2:39 a.m. Thursday, August 27, 2015 at Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital.
Born February 9, 1965 in Lewistown he is the son of Carol Ann (Wagner) Gill.
In addition to his mother Tony is also survived by: his brother, Michael J. Gill, of Jackson, New Jersey; aunts, Delores Rapp, of Burnham, Doris Barno, of Jefferson, PA, Donna Bailor, of Lewistown; uncle, Davis Shehan, of Meridian, ID; niece, Kristina Gill, of Jackson, NJ; numerous cousins; and caregiver, Jamie Habershon, of Lewistown.
Tony was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jay E. and Helen S. Wagner and an uncle, Rick A. Wagner.
He attended Happy House, Skills and UCP.
Tony enjoyed listening to music, wooden puzzles, long car rides and playing with balloons.
A private graveside service will be held at Juniata Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers memorials in Tony’s name may be made to Lewistown Juniata Valley MHMR, 399 Green Ave., Ext. #100, Lewistown, PA 17044.
